Everything on this website, including its visual design, layout, animations, source code, written copy, and the demo sites linked from the Work section, is the original work of Nova Web Designs and is protected by copyright. Client demo sites remain the intellectual property of Nova Web Designs until a project is purchased and launched under a separate agreement with that client.
What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from this site's design, layout, code, or copy, in whole or in part, for any commercial or public use, without written permission from Nova Web Designs. Viewing the site and its public source in your browser for personal reference is fine; repurposing it for your own project or client work is not.
Enforcement
Unauthorized use may result in a takedown request to the hosting provider or platform involved, and Nova Web Designs reserves the right to pursue further legal action where appropriate.
